There were something called feelings in the way that I thought
There was something like shady dealings with plans of getting caught
I thought I'd open up my mind into the way that this went on
And then relate it...to another on this train we all get on
But was it once, or was it twice that I'd pondered and considered?
In what what we know as life, this flower fell down withered
...Painting pictures daily, getting up from falling down
It was upon this time I saw that its not permanently around...

Nose to the grindstone, the collective human down
The outward "smile"...but the inward frown

What I wondered, what I uttered, had I thought it had mattered?
...When spewing on the mattress...waking from a dream
Was when I realized our bond with earth had broken at the seam
I thought..."The sun, is it fading? On the faces of us praying?"...
For I'm not known to you...And I'm not known to me
Is what I articulated...When I saw that moment be
It was then of course…It was - then - of course
...that I could see...

Playing with future lives is what I'd be dealt as a hand
Take it to the next level, the stake is what's at stand
Oh, was that in demand? The life sifted like sand?
And will it be televised..."you know...is it in the plan?"
Another moment…now…but fleeting…wow, what's this that's got us beating?
It was a twisted path made straight, but not right now...a future date
A friendly fate, a brand new slate, I do hope you participate
In what we know as oneness, an eternal peaceful state…so…

So yes we took it back from their wide controlling grasp
And life was made so different when I saw that moment pass
We did it all together, we made our life here so much better
That's what we knew at once, those prior days were lonely pleasure
For some time we fought each other as mere pawns within their game
But then we later realized, that yes, deep down…we're all the same
It was erased from sight and mind that former experience blind
Bending through time - that was our way to bind

The way its been, the way things were have woken up and gone when stirred
From deeply destructive ways leading us close to the fray; blurred
The brink from where I see it...was a lonely latent past
And it was here from where things were, we said "something must be done fast!"
Deleting the delays that had prevented us from the start
And with my heart I'd know I want this moment to never ever part
Realization of the outcome echoed forever in my head
It was a growing dream which screamed out "Hey! - You! - I must be fed!"…so…

And so…the dream, it grew, evolving, starting something new
It found the life inside us…and so the dream it flew
Outside our souls & hearts to uplift global consciousness
To raise our love forever and shut out the monstrousness
Our goodness, hiding in shadow, smothered by the system
Can now shine in true beauty, our angels we had missed them
So we pondered - the difference between life and mere existence
It was brewing undercover, it all lead up to this resistance

To the words dictated...disseminated
Not for greater good, but for control, this gem of hatred
Filth perpetuated, corrupted morals have now abated
I woke up too, so did you, and it was as clear as day
We knew that what we found was a much more better, newer way
A better newer way for a better newer day
